All Eyes on Cheltenham

All Eyes on Cheltenham

All eyes are fixed firmly on Cheltenham next week, with what promises to be some fantastic racing ahead. If your looking provisionally right now will see a lot of your fancies got multiple entries so be interesting to see who goes where !! DON'T FORGET TO CHECK IN EVERY DAY (day before racing) to get the expert and not so expert tips on our panel of judges lining up for the CHELTENHAM CHAMPION TIPSTER COMPETITION!!!!  We are as usual starting the line up with the three regular tipsters; The Trainer, The Judge & The Secretary.... they are joined EACH DAY BY THE GUEST TIPSTERS (A DIFFERENT GUEST EVERY DAY AND SOME ARE SHREWD COOKIES AS THEY SAY!) We always tip up a few winners, we always tip up a few BIG PRICE WINNERS and if you look closely often have a few forecasts and tricasts in to boot! Always a good craic as they tipsters pit their wits and tips against each other, trying to win the coveted crown of CHAMPION TIPSTER!!!!!

As soon as the big meeting over over the sticks is finished, we literally will be in the blink of an eye, be away on the first day of the flat season on the turf at Doncaster. Really exciting times, lots and lots to look forward too as our band of 2 year olds THEY REALLY COULD BE ANYTHING. Some really nice ones in there so we are excited to see what they may turn out to be! Still some shares in THE MOORE THE MERRIER SYNDICATE AVAILABLE and still couple of horses looking for new owners.

Got a couple of new inmates this week, a 2 year old filly by Massaat she is already broken and cantering and Stan loves the stallion, she looks like a nice mover so fingers crossed she is a good un! Also keeping it in the family as they say, we welcome in to the yard a son of Delta Bravo who we trained. He is by Gustav Klimt and is already cantering away too. A big strong looking sort, looks like he goes ok too as he is already broken and cantering too.

Only one runner this weekend, Queues Likely lines up tomorrow at Wolverhampton, she is in great nick after her seasonal break, but the race looks pretty competitive. Hoping for a nice run as she is a nice filly and deserves every success after all the fun we had with her last year.

Great racing this weekend so sure you will all have your eyes on the prizes.

Stan's tip is: Making Headway in the 2.25 race at Sandown

The Secretary's tip is: Bad E/W in the 2.25 race at Sandown (incidentally Making Headway is her 2nd choice so could be a good forecast bet!)
