Miserable Wet, Wild and Windy

Its truly been a miserable week in Lambourn, we have been under deluges of rain and horrible cold and windy weather. Been quiet with no runners, but do have two tomorrow at Chelmsford; Queues Likely & Go Your Own Way. They are both in great form and hoping for couple of nice runs from them three of 20 winners this year so be nice if one of them could hit the frame.

We have been very busy in the yard breaking in the newcomers, we are now up to twelve (though some are ridden away) but still all hands on deck as now clipping as well it really is Team Moore. We had a new horse in this week a Grey colt by Gregorian he has a very nice page. We will be getting pictures of them all up on the website soon when it finally stops raining will be a good time. We have put up the photo of Inns of Court filly with more to follow shortly.

Jump season is in full force now feel sorry for the non mud lovers as you can't escape it at the moment. Was some fantastic racing at The Breeders Cup last week, did see the video of Jessica Harrington's horse trotted up, Stan said he couldn't see where it was lame. Felt so sorry for her and her connections as it costs an awful lot to go there to only face that decision. Stan said he thought the horse was moving well so was soul destroying for connections.

Only got a few pencilled in next week but could have a chance possibly.

Wet racing this weekend, so stay warm and dry.

Stans tip is: Icare Allen in the 1.35 at Aintree

The Secretary's tip is: Another Crick E/W in the 1.15 at Wincanton
