A Worthy Winner - Go Your Own Way

Happy with the runners this week and no denying the utmost joy for Caroline Instone owner of Go Your Own Way who has certainly been looking like a worthy winner in his last few runs, he came from last to first at Bath finishing with a storming run winning a tad easy. A really good looking horse he certainly looks the part and won very niceley. (As can be seen on this weeks blog picture) . The runners we mentioned last week on the blog as having a good chance have run with a lot of promise as Birkie Boy was second at Brighton on Monday running a great race finding only one too good. He lines up again today at Lingfield, here is hoping today is his day as he is surely deserving of his place in the winners enclosure! Fact or Fable ran another good race yesterday at Salisbury, finishing 4th he was beaten less than two lengths so still a very pleasing run. Today we also run Hieloray at Bath if he follows up well on his last run he could be thereabouts and currently is rocking a very big E/W price at 12-1, we also run You And Whose Army, a first time out 2 year old he is a big horse and has taken this long to come to hand. Hoping he has a nice first outing today.
We have now got our first yearling in the yard and he is looking for an owner so if you have thought of getting involved in racehorse ownership then this could be the right time to dip your toe in as they say. He looks like he is going to be a big strong type and already very good looking. He is by first season sire Sergei Prokofiev who was a bit of an eyecatcher in his winning performances, lets hope our lad is too!
A busy weekend of racing with the final days of the Doncaster Leger Meeting which has had some interesting results thus far. Hard to pick a winner but here are our tips.
Stan's tip is: Kentstone in the 5.45 at Bath
The Secretary's tip is: My Clementine E/W in the 5.25 at Musselburgh
