Lovely Winner At Windsor on Monday With Queues Likely
We had a cracking start to the week with Queues Likely winning at Windsor, a lovely strong 2 year old filly by Massaat, she was having her 3rd run and Stan felt she just needed a little helping hand to make her concentrate a bit so he added some blinkers. Don't think even we expected the penny to drop quite so well and there were no flies on her, she made sure to let the rest of the field know. Winning going away in the end with jockey Sean Levey struggling to pull her up. Her patient owner Heather Pinniger was absolutely over the moon, she has a special relationship with her filly and was thrilled to bits.
Got a few runners next week pencilled in, all the horses are in good form and we would be delighted to get a winner in there somewhere. Next week is Stable Staff Week which supports a fabulous charity Racing Welfare. On Tuesday one of our girls Sophiemorgan Johnstone has her first race experience At Newbury in a charity race supporting RACING WELFARE a charity that is so important to racing. They provide housing for staff including young people who may be having their first experiences away from home working in racing for the first time. They offer support on many levels to racing staff so we would be thrilled if you could support the charity. Its the final day of Royal Ascot this week, the winners have been hard enough to find so far but we have between us managed to rack up a lot of placed horses. Don't think the competition for TOP TIPSTER HAS EVER BEEN SO CLOSE, normally at this stage THE JUDGE HAS A COMMANDING LEAD :-) So these are the FINAL STANDINGS GOING IN TO SATURDAY'S ROYAL ASCOT.
