Two New In Mates

We have had a quiet week on runners as there was no flat racing, but we run Vaxholm over hurdles at Leicester on Sunday, he is having his second outing over the jumps. There are a couple of high rated flat horses in it, but he could run OK, he jumped well first time and will strip fitter.

A big weekend of racing and Newbury is looking forward to hosting the Hennessy Weekend (though not called that now will always be the Hennessy to us). We have got stacks of possible runners next week, so really hoping there will be a winner in there somewhere. Tuesday at Lingfield, could see more than one of our potential runners having a squeak.

We had 2 new inmates this week, a colt by Masar and a colt by Phoenix of Spain (HIS PHOTO ON THE BLOG THIS WEEK), both very nice horses. The pedigrees and a photo are on the website, some NICE ONE'S STILL FOR SALE, GIVE STAN A CALL!
