Quiet Week On The Runners Front
So been pretty quiet on the runners front this week, but have two runners today at Wolverhampton it's the first time we have stepped up Mirabello Bay, as he has been hard to gage the right trip for him. He shows us a bit at home so would be great if he could step up over the new longer trip today. The Cream Rises has been frustrating, and he too steps up in trip so hope they will both run a nice race this afternoon fingers crossed.
Been another sad week for racing having lost a great character in Henry Ponsonby who sadly passed away this week. He ran a very successful racing syndicate with top class horses in both genres of racing. He will be sorely missed as such an upbeat person, sending sincere condolences to all his close friends and family.
Wonder Elzaam sold this week at the Tattersalls online sale, he was a good servant to us and his owners, we wish his new connections the best of luck, he is in great form as he heads to his new career in Saudi Arabia Stan believes.
A busy week ahead with more yearling sales starting in Ireland this week. Stan will be there so if anyone is on the lookout for a youngster please give Stan a call, he has had plenty of winners come out of this sale so next time could be you!
Great racing as to be expected this weekend.
Stans tip is Popmaster E/W in the 3.40 at Ayr
The Secretarys tip is: Paris Peacock E/W in the 3.55 at Gowran Park
