At Last A Long Awaited Winner

Was great to get a winners after all the 2nd's and placed horses we have been having. Wonder Elzaam put in a good performance to win the 40k race at Chelmsford on Wednesday with Uther Pendragon just beaten the shortest of short heads, just pipped us for a quick fire double as they say. We ran Fact or Fable at Chepstow and he cruised in to the final stages of the race, looking likely to be the winner, but no...just got done so another 2nd but his owners still very pleased. Hammock finished 4th at Lingfield but still a pleasing run Stan thinks he will try upping her in trip and hopefully a win could just be round the corner for her.

Couple of runners this weekend kicking off today with Kessaar Power  at Newmarket in the big sales race, he is in great form and we think he could put up a good show with a lot of prize money on offer. Tomorrow Wholelotafun returns to racing after a break, he lines up at Goodwood in an amateur race. A bit of cut in the ground would suit him well and Lewis has ridden him at home so would have a feel for him. Be good if he could make it three out of three for the Jarrett's and finish in the money.

Lots of horses entered next week, certainly be a few who wouldn't be without a squeak so hopefully a another winner in there somewhere.
