Looking forward to Cheltenham
Frustrating week on the runners front, Fact or Fable got interfered with at Kempton on Wednesday and poor Alala who was having her final run before heading off to Stud, took a bit of strike in to her hind leg which stopped her in her tracks. Papas Girl so tough and genuine showed a real turn of foot in the last furlong at Southwell on Thursday but the winner just had a bit in hand she was gaining every stride. She is sure to win again, she toughs it out where its needed at the end just unlucky to find one too good on this occasion.
We haven't got too many in next week as we are gearing up for the start of the turf here. Stan and Sara are looking forward to Cheltenham and Stan is on the Cheltenham Preview Team tonight down at the Village Hall in East Garston, so do pop down there if your at a loose end, its always lots of laughs BUT ALSO SOME GOOD TIPS TEND TO SURFACE TOO!
Keep an eye on the blog next week from Monday as we will have the tips up for the following days racing. IT WAS A TIGHT CALL LAST YEAR and could be anyone's PRIZE! We have the regular panel daily The Trainer, The Judge & The Secretary and they are joined daily WITH THE GUEST TIPSTERS TEAM (A different person every day- but they can be mighty shrewd SO GET ON!).
Would like to wish you all good luck and hope we can get some local winners and that you back some too!
Stans tip is Hystery Bere E/W in the 2.25 at Sandown
The Secretarys tip is: Dorking Lad E/W in the 3.35 at Sandown
