Wet, Wild and Blooming Cold

Its been a bit wet and wild in Lambourn these past few days. We haven’t had too many runners this week, Uther Pendragon ran a good enough race at Bath on Monday getting in to some trouble in running, it took nothing out of him so he’s gone up to Redcar today with Papas Girl who runs in the 2 year old trophy. Stan has won the race twice in the past, the filly is in good form she is a big filly but has plenty of ability. Ground might be a ?? if it rains on the already softened ground, it might just find her weakness out. Hope they both run well.

We run Colliene De Rois a first time out 3 year old at Wolverhampton tonight, hope she will come on for the run.

Great racing everywhere, but sad to see they have lost the Ascot meeting today due to the rain. Stan thinks Stradivarius will run well in the Arc so wishing their connections the best of luck.

Stans tip is Noorban in the 1.40 at Newmarket

The Secretary’s tip is: Calcutta Cup E/W in the 2.50 at Parislongchamp
